The Friday evening program includes a Romani Dance workshop with Sani Rifati, a dialogue with festival artists, and an evening dance party with live music by Kel-Mo!, Meraklii feat. Rumen "Sali" Shopov, and Kali Orkestar feat. Benji Rifati and Sal Mamudoski.
Romani music and dance workshops lead by Festival artists take place on Saturday, May 4.

Voice of Roma promotes and presents Romani cultural arts and traditions in a way that counters both romanticized and negative "Gypsy" stereotypes, and in so doing, contributes to the preservation of Romani identity and culture. VoR also works to heighten awareness of human rights issues faced by Roma in today's world, and to support efforts by Roma to (re)build and maintain their communities.
