About

Based on the ancient Greek myth of Theseus, Ariadne and the labyrinth. It was Ariadne with a ball of string who helped guide Theseus and other sacrificial victims to escape their fate as offerings to a monstrous Minotaur. Through stories, dance, music and ritual, the Medea Project will explore the challenges women of color face from the unequal health policies and practices in the wealthiest industrialized nation in the world.
