The Horszowski Trio at Noe Music
About
Rob Kapilow and returning Noe Music favorites the Horszowski Trio team up for “What Makes it Great?”—a lecture, demonstration, and concert all-in-one, featuring Beethoven’s “Archduke” Trio, Op. 97.
SF/Arts Curator Insight
The dynamic New York-based Horszowski Trio – named for the revered Polish-born American pianist Mieczysław Horszowski, whose last pupil at the Curtis Institute was the trio’s pianist, Reiko Aizawa – joins composer and commentator Rob Kapilow for a virtual performance, demo and discussion of Beethoven’s majestic “Archduke” Trio, on a Noe Music program called “Beethoven, the Pandemic & the Power of Connection.”
