With Black social dances and house dance culture at its core, the Get Free Festival is back for its sixth year of weeklong hip-hop, freestyling dance. Co-presented by Embodiment Project, Be Movement Collective and Dance Mission Theater, festival events include a film screening, panels, an experimental battle, the Rebeaerth House Dance Party and a live performance showcase to celebrate Black social dance and Bay Area street community.
