Teju Cole presents “Tremor,” his first novel since his magnificent 2012 debut “Open City.” Born in the U.S. to Nigerian parents, Cole grew up in Lagos. An elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, he teaches creative writing at Harvard and is a contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine. He is author of the essay collections “Known and Strange Things” and “Black Paper” and the experimental photo book “Blind Spot.”
