PASSION WITHOUT BOUNDARIES
The ascent of the dancer is heroic, challenging, and marked by dedication, passion, and a love of the art. The time they spend at the top is beautiful but fleeting. Every step represents thousands of hours of work, but the earthly becomes divine, the dancer becomes extraordinary, and the audience gets carried away.
Experience extraordinary in Tamara Rojo’s first season at San Francisco Ballet.
SF/Arts Curator Insight
The spring months at San Francisco Ballet are absolutely packed with first-rate programming! March’s first days see the closing performances of “Swan Lake.” Next the company moves from the water to the forest with “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Following those classic programs is a re-visiting of three works from the recent Next@90 festival and a premiere double bill “Dos Mujeres.” Finally, the 2024 season concludes with two more encore performances, “Mere Mortals” and back to “Swan Lake.” Don’t miss a moment!
