Princess Nokia’s politically conscious, genre-blending hip-hop, served with attitude; an all-star lineup of DJs and emcees from the Bay Area; and a worthy cause in Norcal Resist, a neighborhood community organization that (among other things) defends against ICE activity, runs a community farm, hosts climate resilience skill shares, and even teaches people to repair their brake lights. There’s no reason to miss this benefit show from the queen herself, and bonus: you can feel proud while you bop.
