About

Open Time, a work about change and transformation, encompasses the entirety of Z Space with an installation of four differently shaped rooms and connecting passageways. The four dancers and actor pass through the audience to get to different rooms; the audience watches the performers from the passageways and periphery. Sharing the space, the audience creates a silent dialogue and an immediacy through their attention and rhythms—walking, standing, shifting focus. They are the final, unpredictable element. With choreography by Liss Fain, installation and projection design by Matthew Antaky, sound score by Dan Wool, and text by Louise Gluck. Actor Florentina Mocanu.
