Trixie Rasputin, an entrepreneur and musician who’s been promoting local bands for years, is partnering with Excelsior Outer Mission Merchants and Avenue Greenlight to produce the first of what is hoped will be an annual full-day of free music at the Jerry Garcia Amphitheatre. Sacramento rapper The Philharmonik headlines a bill that includes indie rockers Swiss, Tess and the Details (a female-led punk band), and garage pop stars Treasure.
