SF/Arts Curator Insight
By courtesy of a major gift to the museum, the Cantor Arts Center exhibits a stunning collection of Latin American photography. These 20th century images tell stories intimate, playful, political, and beautiful. These photographs capture dignity in the figural form while showcasing the experimental reaches of the multinational photographers. This exhibition bridges creative expression and history, demonstrating the power of photography to cherish moments in time.
