As part of their fall tour Alvvays plays two nights at the Fillmore. Their self-titled debut album, released in 2014, topped the US college charts. Their second studio album, Antisocialites, was released on September 8, 2017, and won the Juno Award for Alternative Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2018. Both albums were short-listed for the Polaris Music Prize. Their third album, Blue Rev, will be released on October 7, 2022.

Indie pop band Alvvays, hailing from Canada's Prince Edward Island, first topped the American college charts in 2014 and are back on tour, playing two nights at the Fillmore in support of their third album, Blue Revs, which will have been released just a few weeks before their San Francisco dates. The band gained a loyal following with their second album and after touring across North America and Europe opening for American rockers The National.
