This year, the festival expands to 6 performances featuring 3 different Programs … and the festival itself will take advantage of Z Space’s 13,000 square feet, with artists performing all around the building: on balconies, in the lobby, in quirky nooks and crannies, and on the mainstage.

Part of the San Francisco summer dance scene since 2002, the Fresh Meat Festival brings together trans, queer and gender non-conforming artists for one amazing weekend. While continuing to feature multiple disciplines and several world premiere works, this year’s in-person festival also introduces site-specific performance to the mix. Every corner of Z Space will pulse with creative energy!
