Interludes: Nathaniel Dorsky

Yerba Buena Center for the Arts

An avid experimental filmmaker since childhood, Dorsky has produced a rich, luminous body of personal cinema that, in his words, aspires to "all the qualities of being human: observation, fear, relaxation, the sense of stepping into the world and pulling back, expansion, contraction, changing, softening, tenderness of heart." SF Cinemateque kicks off 2020 with a program of new and recent works by the master that includes "The Dreamer", "Apricity"
