18th Annual San Francisco Zine Fest

San Francisco Zine Fest

SF Zine Fest is a free annual conference for independent and underground publishing. More than 200 exhibitors come from all over the world, and while the focus is on zines, all walks of DIY life are represented -- comics, arts and crafts, literary presses, and more. Our 2019 Guest of Honor is Lawrence Lindell. There will be ASL interpretation at the workshops and panels, and a free ADA accessible shuttle running from 16th St. BART to our venue.

This is what SF/Arts curator Evan Karp had to say about 18th Annual San Francisco Zine Fest :

San Francisco Zine Fest returns for its 18th annual festival celebrating independent and underground publishing, with a spotlight on the do-it-yourself ethos. Nearly 250 artists and collectives from around the world present their zines, comics, and other goods. This year's guest of honor is Lawrence Lindell (“From Black Boy With Love” and “Couldn't Afford Therapy, So I Made This”).
