Wakey, Wakey

American Conservatory Theater

What if you had just a few more minutes left to live? Eno (The Realistic Joneses) crafts an intimate comedy drama that takes audiences on a theatrical journey that's surprising, yet familiar. Experience the play that has everyone talking--plus the curtain-raiser written especially for A.C.T. by Eno, and refreshments to follow the show. Starring two-time Emmy Award winner Tony Hale (HBO's Veep).

This is what SF/Arts curator Jean Schiffman has to say about Wakey, Wakey :

In playwright (and Obie winner) Will Eno’s existentialist comedy-drama of sorts, a man (played by Tony Hale, of the TV shows “Veep,” “Arrested Development” and more) finds himself probing the very meaning of his own—and hence all human--life. The New York Times called it dark and profoundly moving. Anne Kauffman directs for American Conservatory Theater. Eno also wrote a curtain raiser especially for A.C.T.
