Alan Rath: Virtual Unreality will include over 35 artworks made between 1986 and 2018, and will span Rath's prolific career from his early sculptures that incorporated cathode ray tubes and found objects to his most recent digital and electronic robotics.

Check out this large-scale retrospective of the works of prolific Bay Area legacy sculptor and media artist Alan Rath. The exhibition traces the artist’s visual language and familiar motifs, including his frequent of images of eyes, mouths and hands. A new catalogue, promising a digital component, comes out in June.
