Several seasons ago, we were first treated, at the Magic Theatre, to playwright Mfoniso Udofia’s ambitious and illuminating series of plays that follow the lives of a family of Nigerian immigrants. Now, A.C.T. picks up the mantle with this drama, part of the series, as a thirtysomething Nigerian woman travels to Manhattan to visit her mother and sister. Victor Malana Maog directs. Stay tuned for another play in this series at the Magic in March.
