Dorianne Laux + Joshua Mensch

Dorianne Laux‘s most recent collections are The Book of Men, winner of the Paterson Poetry Prize and Facts about the Moon, winner of the Oregon Book Award. Only As The Day Is Long, her new and selected poems, is forthcoming from W.W. Norton. Joshua Mensch is a poet, visual artist, and a founding editor of the online literary journal B O D Y. His poetry has appeared in several magazines, including Plume, Brick, The Collagist, and Smartish Pace. His first book of poetry, BECAUSE, a lyric memoir, will be published by W. W. Norton in 2018. He lives in Prague, Czech Republic.

The Marin Poetry Center presents a reading by Dorianne Laux and Joshua Mensch. Laux's recent collections are "The Book of Men," which won the Paterson Poetry Prize, and "Facts about the Moon," which won the Oregon Book Award. Her "Only As The Day Is Long" is forthcoming from W.W. Norton, which is also publishing Prague-based Mensch's debut, the lyric memoir "Because."
