The Rhinoceros Project

San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles

Artist in Residence Program. This participatory project is based on Albrecht Durer's print by the same name. Their work is a commentary on our environment and the extinction of species. During their residency, the two will facilitate sewing circles and paper-making happenings.

Artists-in-residence and collaborative duo Michele Wilson and Anne Beck present The Rhinoceros Project, a participatory project based on Albrecht Durer's 1515 print of the same name. Visitors are invited to join sewing circles and paper-making happenings in the Maker Space Open Studio Thursdays & Fridays 11 am-3:30 pm and Saturdays 11 am-2:30 pm.
