Author of six books including the widely celebrated novel “Unnecessary Woman” (a finalist for the 2014 National Book Award), Rabih Alameddine visits the Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library to read from his latest, “The Angel of History,” which is set over the course of one night in the waiting room of a psych clinic as a Yemeni-born poet revisits the events of his life.
