Presenting Pulitzer Prize winner Paula Vogel's razor sharp and prescient satire about the women's movement and the rise of conservatism. Associate Artistic Director Ariel Craft directs a cast of three: Elissa Beth Stebbins, Sango Tajima and Steve Thomas.
Three actors play all roles in Paula Vogel’s 1999 satire involving twins (Myra and Myrna, identical yet completely different: one rebellious, one conservative), both played by Elissa Beth Stebbins, their respective partners and their respective sons. The play, at Cutting Ball, spans three presidential administrations, from Eisenhower to George H.W., tracing the women’s liberation movement. Ariel Craft directs.
