Free to See

San Francisco Museum of Modern Art

There are 45,000 square feet of art-filled public spaces and no ticket is required.

This is what SF/Arts curator Christian L. Frock had to say about Free to See :

Did you know that SFMOMA has 45,000 square feet of “art-filled” public spaces, free to see? Five large-scale works grace various free spaces, including Richard Serra’s massive, immersive steel sculpture, “Sequence,” as well as works by Sol LeWitt, Alexander Calder, Mark Bradford and Chris Johanson. The stadium style-steps in the Roberts Family Gallery beckon.
