At noon here (2 pm in Chicago, 3 pm in NY, 9 pm in Rome), dancers around the globe are invited to celebrate the joy of movement by dancing, anywhere and everywhere (take a picture and send it in!). This project by Bay Area conceptual artist Beth Fein is now in its sixth year.
