Two elegant and soulful jazz pianists improvise duets on the fly. Barron is a master who makes every note count, a deft soloist and accompanist who enriched the music of Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz and others. Miller, who cut his teeth with Art Blakey, is a worthy foil.
