San Francisco Symphony
As part of its centennial, the Symphony toasts the musical traditions of S.F. from the Gold Rush through the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition. MTT leads the orchestra and soloists including organist Cameron Carpenter and soprano Laura Claycomb.

In a week of multimedia concerts, MTT and the Orchestra celebrate the musical roots and heritage of SF with music written from the mid-1800s through the Orchestra’s founding in 1911 and its formative years. |
